Credit minutes will reset on the first day of your current billing cycle (the day you started purchasing the plan).

Monthly Subscription

For example, if you purchase the Pro plan (100 minutes per month) on January 15, then the next month on February 15, it will be reset to 100 minutes. Unused minutes will not be rolled over to the next month.

Annual Subscription

For example, if you purchase the Pro plan (1200 minutes per year) on January 15, 2024, then the next year on February 15, 2025, it will be reset to 1200 minutes. Unused minutes will not be rolled over to the next month.

With an annual subscription, you'll get all 12 months' worth of minutes right after you pay. Their expiration date is 12 months from the date of purchase.

Upgrade to higher plan

If you upgrade to a higher plan (regardless of billing cycle), your existing unused minutes will be added to your new plan's minutes.

Cases where minutes are accumulated to the new plan when upgrading:

  • Basic (monthly/annual) -> Pro (monthly/annual)

  • Basic (monthly/annual) -> Business (monthly/annual)

  • Pro (monthly/annual) -> Business (monthly/annual)

Downgrade to lower plan

If you downgrade to a lower plan (regardless of billing cycle), your existing unused minutes will be reset to the new plan.
