Refund of Purchase

All purchases are non-refundable.

Refund of Minutes

Technical Error Refunds: If the video creation process is incomplete due to a technical fault on our end, we offer refunds for the minutes used during that process. To request a refund, please contact our support team. Upon confirmation of the technical error, the used minutes will be credited back to your account.

Quality-Based Refunds: If the quality of the produced video is unsatisfactory due to specific technical issues, we will refund the minutes used. These issues include:

  • Failure in video upload and translation - minutes deducted will automatically be refunded.

  • Issues with sound quality, such as crackling, breaks, or interrupted dubbing.

  • Occurrences of dual voice dubbing in a single segment.

  • Other significant errors, as determined by our support specialists.

For such refunds, please reach out to [email protected]. After reviewing your case and confirming the quality issue or technical error, we will issue a refund of the used minutes to your account.
